How are you supposed to schedule an appointment online when any date i pick it says unavailable, and then when you try to call to talk to someone no one answers? even at 8 in the morning when everything is just opening up.

I can’t say enough positive sentiments about my experience with the Essential Care Center. I emailed a few weeks ago stating that I had come to the unfortunate decision to let my 12 year old dog go, and was looking at options other than her primary vet. From the moment I received an email back, the staff was so kind, empathetic, and patient answering all my questions and helping me schedule our appointment.
