If you have you love one in there!!! I suggested you find another place for them to go... Smells like piss. Place is jus nasty!!! And I gotta tell ya if you have a love one who has no one to speak up for them I feel sorry for them. The Nurses (Not all of them) Mary ( the Jamaican bitch) she is nasty and very mean to her patience.. she likes to get loud with the elderly.. I can only imagine what she is doing to the ones who can't speak for themselves..
Our experience here was awful. Dangerously understaffed, horrible communication, inattentive to patient's health needs, rooms so small there's no place to sit, patients have to share a dresser and cubby, smells horrible, just the worst. The very worst.
I and my husband loved the flowers, thank you sooo much. We loved sharing our Christmas Dinner with your staff. Just our way of sharing love during the holiday.
