When my mother in law passed they stole her belongings and didn’t send her money she had on her books to funeral home to help with cost until after we had paid for it now the money has to go to the state supposedly. She really went down hill when COVID-19 hit and we couldn’t see her . The staff are no help at all and when you’d call there was never anyone to speak to. I wouldn’t put my dog in this nursing home

They never answer my calls when I’m calling to check on my mother and if they answer they put me on hold and never pick up. They forgot about her appointment for chemo... Her good clothes got lost and never returned... I can keep going but that’s enough, so disappointing! At first they’re all nice but when you comfortable, then you’ll see what I’m talking about. I’m done with them! 😡

I'm in here now the staff is so wonderful to me take care of me like I should be while I'm healing.

my family member has been in here for 5 months.The number of good, reliable nurses and aides , I can count on one hand. There is a real lack in communication and follow up in the official positions. One example is a patient not getting a shower for over a week...and she asked everyday for one.Asking for a change of her depend garment, and being forced to lay in it an hour and a half.... Unacceptable...

The intent is there but honestly I wouldn't trust any nurse there to even give me a Tylenol .

I hope to never go back to doctors west ... My daughter was in a lot of pain when we got to the ER at 10 pm. Everyone was being called so when I asked why I was told she's not a priority... When we finally got to be seen it was confirmed it was her appendix and she would have surgery. Thanks for making us wait 4 hours

I have never been in a nursing care facility and hopefully will not ever have to again. The people as individuals are nice but not equiped to help people like me with orthopedic injuries. Having to wait more than an hour for each pain med request. It Defeats the purpose of being in a facility if it takes over an hour each time that I request any kind of pain meds. Even ibuprophen. I have been here for almost 6 yrs. This is a good place. It has its ups and downs. The staff are very loving and kind. They try to help you in any way they can.
