I used to go to Dr. Olsen. My kids were practically raised with this doctor. However, the staff was extremely rude, and unprofessional. The staff is the reason why I no longer have Dr. Olsen as my doctor. Actually it has been a blessing for me. Thanks to the rudeness, uncaring, no compassion staff I found a doctor who actually cares and the staff does their job professionally.
Dr. Olson is a great doctor! I have been going to him for nearly 20 years now. I am giving low stars though because his staff is seriously lacking. I never get all my scripts called in correctly and have to call back and leave a message about it... and then never receive a follow up call to let me know its been taken care of or whats going on. Be aware that you will have to stay on top of them!
Been going there for years and i know so many people that go there.I would def rec him.i dont give that many stars to doc but he is worth it.
