I know all this Covid 19 testing is new to everyone but we should be able to count on the Health Dept. to be the knowledgeable and trained for things like this. We have a really a bunch of yahoos over there. When I call which is often, I get to hear the phone ring and ring and ring. When someone does answer, they seem irritated. The Covid 19 hotline is a joke. They run out of tests, only test for short times, testing time changes weekly. No one knows where other testing may be. The answer is "I really don't know". I called today about the coronavirus symptoms. when I told the woman on the phone what I was experiencing , she literally said " oh my God," in a very condescending tone and transferred me over to someone else. I do not appreciate the lack of professionalism. and people who aren't knowledgeable of all the symptoms should not be answering phones right now.
I visited here for the first time this week.. I am from England so this was all completely new to me. I can honestly say I have never been anywhere so good, I had a lady called sharen Hicks help me and she is the kindest lady I have ever met, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I can’t say thank you enough to her!
