I am very pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Albin and his staff. Not only was Dr. Albin very professional but he also talked through everything he was doing during my procedure which was calming and kept me more relaxed. I highly recommend Dr. Albin and his staff to anyone needing the care that they provide.
Had a mammogram done today. Not my first mammogram done here. It’s always been a good experience in the past. Today was a bit different. I was actually brought to tears from the pain. I suffered A stroke 4 years ago, so it’s always tricky getting my left side, due to paralysis. Not sure if she was new or what, but ouch! She apologized over and over. I appreciated that. She felt awful. Had she not been so apologetic, I’d have given less stars. That crap HURT!! Glad I have Another year until I return for my next one!
Everyone was friendly and patient. Dr. McVay explained what to expect with upcoming procedure and the need for it.
Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Albin and the entire team who cared for us, from the emergency room to our daughter's recovery. They were all so attentive and caring, and in the general surgery department, all the ladies were so lovely. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
