Absolutely love this dental family. Everyone is so caring and kind.
I know I will sound like a weirdo, but I really enjoyed my dentist appointment! Columbus Family Dental has a comfortable , spacious office , with plenty of parking. Big check-in desk, no waiting. I had Alexis as my dental technician and we had a ball. She was very welcoming, friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable through the whole exam. Dr. Tensley did my final exam. Once again, very warm , friendly and very easy to talk to. The hygienist and dentist are both very patient and kind to my adult son with disability. I appreciate their patience and understanding. They accommodated us when we arrived earlier than our appointment and they performed the dental photos and x-rays. However we needed to wait past our appointment time for 20 minutes for the hygienist to arrive. I would still recommend this practice.
Very professional. Best cleaning I’ve ever had, all staff seem down to Earth and like they really want to help. Thanks guys!
