I wish, I could Rate -100. Throughout 11 years of going to car auctions. The worst Auction experience I ever had. Beware (Do not trust Alex to review the ) The Auctioneer of Lane 1# will try to bump up the prices and insist to cause you to buy the vehicle. Even after you stop bidding & stepping a side. Even though they reviewed the camera and it was 100% clear that I didn't participate The last $1400 at the end. They still insisted and threatened to ban my account if I didn't get the car.
Had to unfortunate experience of having my car repossessed. Paid it off to redeem my vehicle and it was taken here. I live in Cleveland. So I made the earliest appointment, which happened to be 10:00. Turns out, I waited in 30 degree weather for an hour and 15 minutes by myself with no direction.
