Unfortunately, after 3 nose surgeries performed by Dr Nogan, I am now unable to breathe out of my left nostril, have almost constant pain going from my nose into my head, I can’t wear glasses like a normal person because it’s too much pressure on the bridge of my nose. Direct incision necklift with Dr. Nogan - excellent results, easy quick healing, love his easy going manner and his smile. No more “turkey neck”! Tried having this done with other doctors but they always tried to talk me into doing a whole facelift which I didn’t need nor want to pay for! Dr. Nogan is lowkey but an excellent surgeon. Love my results!

I’m so happy that I was referred to Dr. Nogan! I knew for years I had a deviated septum and didn’t realize as you age it can make breathing worse. It was affecting my quality of life, causing mouth breathing and snoring, which impacted my sleep. It turned out not only was my septum deviated but we found that my turbinate's were large blocking airflow and I had nasal vestibular stenosis (basically the area just inside the nostrils becomes narrow or obstructed).
