Very much racist energy from majority of staff especially gentleman at front desk, unfriendly and uncomfortable environment, also very long wait...Although my experience with staff was unsatisfactory for a first time appointment, Dr. Lewis was very friendly and professional.
I should have not done this a second time. It is 3:03pm and my appointment was at 2:15pm and two ahead of me. Bad business!! I should have known better, but I gave it a second chance. Never and I mean never again.
The wait time is extremely WAY to long I’ve been here with my fiancé since 2:50pm it is now 5:14pm and we have yet to see the DR. While I have been here I have seen the Dr. sit down multiple times and take long break while he has had patients wait over a hour or two. He has just been leaning on the counter talking and laughing with his staff instead of seeing patients. This whole staff and him is very unprofessional and rude and inconsiderate of other peoples time. THIS MAKE NO SENSE
Had a eye appointment at 230pm and it’s 415 now, two people ahead in line of me still. Expect 2+ hour wait time; staff is polite, I gave them a one star because this has been a known problem that they haven’t fixed in there business practice.
