Is there a zero star option because that’s what I would rate it. I would not recommend anybody to this place. I had to take the owner to small claims court regarding charges on invoice. He also impersonated someone he is not. Bad communication, deceiving, dishonest, and unprofessional.
Highly recommend. I have been well pleased with the quality, price, speed, and value of the services I received from Columbus Engines and Transmission. I had seen another vendor who only offered to replace my transmission with a new one at a cost of nearly $8,500. This was at least as much as the value of the car. I chose to look for another vendor and opinion. Asked for a full transmission flush on my 2016 Silverado and was told they could do. Got there and nobody there, garage locked, but the owner's brother arrived shortly. Said the owner would be there soon. Never showed, and the brother did the work. I specifically asked if they had a machine for flushing and was told that they did (didn't see it in the shop, which prompted the question). Was a little worried to burst because I never used their service before, but they’re ending result speaks for itself. Wirj definitely recommend a place that really backs up their work.
