Had my new patient appointment today and this was easily one of the easiest, most efficient and communicative doctors appointments I've ever had in my life. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:45am. Signed one form and paid my copayment, sat down and less than 5 minutes later they called me back. The doctor was in my room within a few minutes. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. My questions were answered and I wasn’t rushed. All around a great experience.
Following my first visit with Dr Hoffman, I can say that she is attentive, smart. and a caring professional. The office is busy, and I had a significant wait before getting into the examining room. But once Dr Hoffman came into the room, I had her full attention, and I never felt rushed. She was thorough and invited me to ask questions and to participate in decisions regarding my care. I would highly recommend her.
