My surgeon referred me, saying they were a big company with multiple offices. I was referred and when I didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks, I called. I was transferred to the ‘Referral’ team only to get a voice mail with a message of ‘it takes 3 weeks to determine if a referral is accepted or rejected.’ Turns out if you are not accepted, they just ghost you. Their website shows ‘Accepting new patients’ for several doctors. I went to my PCP and was referred to Dr. Owen with Ohio Health and I was able to get in easily.... read more

Dr. Sophia Meis was an angel in disguise.She reassured me @ many things. Marsha in scheduling at that location was just so kind! The portal is amazing to get in if there was a cancellation I recommend doing the portal for your doctor's visits after visits and testing Thank u
