I was at a conference from out of town and had just a week to get major repairs done for my Cadillac. They did all repairs and dealt with my insurance company - fast, professional, and outstanding. Due to parts availibility and a nonresponsive insurance agent, they worked overtime just to ensure I was on the road home by the end of the week - AMAZING!!!
I recently had my vehicle repaired at Columbus Collision Center and overall had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive to my calls. I primarily worked with Eric, who provided excellent customer service and communicated well throughout the process. He coordinated directly with my insurance company to ensure the correct amount was covered for the repairs, which I really appreciated. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They smoked in my car, left it filthy, poor paint job that had to redone 3 times, they even somehow chipped the new paint and oversprayed the paint on the other parts of the car 3 times as well! Then they ghosted me after they said they would cut me a check for repairs that could not have been done at their location. Poor communication and cinsistantly missed deadlines.
