I was involved in a not at fault accident I couldn’t get any help from the insurance company and locating my vehicle after it was taken by the highway patrol. Stephanie was a great help and not only locating my vehicle but getting the insurance company to take care of their end of this, she kept me informed about everything that was going on. TLDR: GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! We have hired a lawyer to hold this shop financially responsible for the incorrect work they did. We had a deeply disappointing experience with this auto body shop. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. We frequently had to reach out ourselves for updates, only to receive vague or delayed responses. If I could give zero stars, I would. If you value your sanity, your time, and your vehicle, go anywhere else. We were in an accident on December 2, 2024. Today is June 4, 2025 — six full months without our car. Not due to the accident, but because of the outrageous, negligent, and unprofessional behavior of Columbus Collision Center.
