I purchased a used car from Columbus City Auto Sales on May 30, 2025, and it has been the worst financial decision of my life. The dealership told me the car only needed a “$300 bumper fix.” That was a complete lie. Believe these reviews! I'm glad I did! We live almost an hour away from this dealer. The salesman assured me that the car was in excellent condition and available for test drive. When we get there, that was not the case at all!! How do you test drive a vehicle that has a flat tire?? Smelled like cig smoke. Bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla and was told it was serviced and checked completely over the following day the engine had no oil front right tire was knocking the console was broken didn't have a spare tire it has been over a month no console and repairs have not been done keep getting the runaround.
I purchased a vehicle from this place and it was the worst decision I've ever made. Soon after I purchased the car I made a review on here and obviously it's been removed. The whole experience was horrific and we were lied to and I feel like we've been cheated. We were promised a full warranty but only got the basic warranty that doesn't cover anything after we filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office.
