Bad sales. First, they asked if i was going to buy over 10k a year to get me off the phone. When I said yes, they tried everything they could not sell to me. I'm very concerned they didn't know their own product, nor did they understand standard industry terminology. Not sure they do any real business? Maybe a front for something, I don't get it. Andrea in customer service had an attitude big time. She didn’t seem very willing to help by any means and was not friendly at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and will not consider this company.
