ChemDry did an incredible job cleaning my carpet!!! Stains that had been there for a long time were gone!!! Carpet looked brand new!!
Scott came and quoted for only the area they clean, not just a flat rate like other companies I asked. He explained the cleaning options and didn't try to upsell (example, the top odor resistance package was only relevant if we had pets, which he explained). He was punctual, professional and courteous. On top of that he did a great job in not only getting some stains out, but brought all the high traffic areas back to life to the point my wife was scared to walk on them and lose the fluffyness again!
