A huge thank you to Scott and ChemDry for the quick response to our SOS call. A Sharpie had come uncapped next to our sofa back and the result was a three inch blob of purple ink. Within an hour of careful removal the stain was gone. Scott was also neat and careful of the sofa to not spread any cleaning solvent. A great response and stain removal that was nothing short of magical was sincerely appreciated!
