This is my 2nd time here, both times I received great service. Took my car back here after having them install a security system in my car a few months ago. Had some problems with the brake lights and after taking it to 2 other car shops no one could figure out the problem. I contacted Columbus car audio and Ryan emailed back and forth with me setting me up an appointment. Ryan, is a great sales persons he really knows what he is selling very helpful not pushey at all. Todd did the install great job very professionall thanks guys.
Been there a few times and Ryan the guy at the front desk was as friendly as could be and went above and beyond helping me with my amplifier, if you ever need anything car audio this the place to go!
Amazing customer service. I got my car tinted, I talked to Ryan and Donald they were both super nice Ryan helped me understand everything about the different types of tint available and gave advice on my decision. The guy terry is the one who actually did the work and it turned out amazing. Everyone had a great positive attitude.
Fantastic customer service!! Got window tint and a new backup camera. Terry is great!!
