Great group of people. Had a bad day and on a search for tires came across this listing. When I called they were more helpfull than any other place I called. I explained I had a long drive to get there and they checked for the tires while I was on the phone. They worked with me on the price and on my way there ran into more problems than I can even explain. Made it there at 10 till 5. They closed at 5:00. I purchased a 99 mercury cougar transmission off of columbus auto recycling and they were really friendly when I was buying it I drove 4 hours to get there and had Ford Dealership install it the transmission slipped would not go into reverse and when I called Columbus up I asked if there was anything he could do about it they said they would call me back they were nice until they realized I was calling for a return the guy got cocky and said he didnt care what ford said that they werent replacing or refunding it that the tra... read more

Much like another review i read i was treated very friendly when purchasing a transmission for my 1994 Ford Ranger. Lisa was very helpfull in every way . I discovered at 30 days that the transmission was not working properly and called to work it out. Was told i would get a call back. I didnt so after the weekend ( Monday ) i called to see about returning for a refund or exchange. I talked to Roger and it was not a good experience. Bought a 2002 Ford Windstar transmission everything was great good customer service with a smile, unlike many yards in Columbus goodluck to these guys

Clean Yard!!! This is the cleanest recycling yard Ive been to. They have many older model cars that you cant find parts for anywhere else, and if they dont have the part youre looking for they will help you find it at another yard. I would recommend this place to anyone!
