I feel like this company is a scam. I contacted them in April to book an appointment. They sent out a subcontractor, with the name of a different company. Fine, I could accept that a large company might work this way, and I was sort of desperate to fix my dishwasher. He gave an estimate for the part and work, and asked for 1/2 payment up front. I paid. I had a service call (the week before Christmas) as my 4 year old washer stopped draining mid-cycle. I was willing to pay the $100 service call fee in the hopes that a repair would be relatively minimal on top of that. They diagnosed that the control panel was bad and needed to be replaced....a ~$500 part. I had to decline and cut my losses - I sold it at scrap price to a gentleman that was able to run diagnostics and confirm the control panel was still good and it was actually just a DISCONNECTED WIRE to the drain pump.
