I had a service call (the week before Christmas) as my 4 year old washer stopped draining mid-cycle. I was willing to pay the $100 service call fee in the hopes that a repair would be relatively minimal on top of that. They diagnosed that the control panel was bad and needed to be replaced....a ~$500 part. I had to decline and cut my losses - I sold it at scrap price to a gentleman that was able to run diagnostics and confirm the control panel was still good and it was actually just a DISCONNECTED WIRE to the drain pump. Great service, came out the same day, which was a Sunday and didn't charge an arm and a leg! Even followed up to make sure all was good and working well.

Very much appreciated the as service done by Columbus Appliance Repair! I called and they were at our home within an hour and some change. Evan, our tech, was very helpful and professional. We had a washer issue and all it was, was sock stuck in the upper lip area which did not allow the system to spin or run a cycle. He was in and out and it didn't cost us anything near what I thought it would or even a new washer. Thank you!
