Just on a whim the wife and I stopped by shopping for a new washer. Ali was very welcoming and very kow pressure sales person. He explained in simple terms the differences between the washers we were interested in. He offered delivery and set up the next day. We opted to wait a few days. When delivery came we found that it was going to be a bit more difficult than we expected. The guys were awesome though. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, courteous and professional. Prices were fair and delivery charge included removal of old appliances. Was a very nice experience. My neighbor told me how she used them for a part replacement and how well they treated her. Would recommend CAP to any and all who need new or used appliances.
Don’t even deserve one star. Terrible customer services. Very disrespectful… I will never buy anything from this store again. I see y big corporate stores are taking over.
Good prices and a great selection.
