They are the most awful place I have ever been they made me leave because I didn't look like I could afford them said that I can't afford anything in their store I would never recommend them to anybody
My sister bought a stove and refrigerator from them the refrigerator did not work they came out to deliver new refrigerator and she asked the man who was the owner shldnt they take the old one out first he told her to SHUT UP AND GET OUT OF THE WAY! She told him he won't be coming in her house ! WHAT BUSINESS OWNER TALKS TO CUSTOMERS THAT WAY? UNPROFFESIONAL TRASHY ONES. she will not be doing business with them any longer and will be reporting to the BBB
The guys that delivered my washer were very professional. They are an asset to Columbus appliance
I called to get dryer repaired and they want paid for trip charge before trip is even made. I used them 2 years ago for washer repair and they did great. Must have changed policy because people did them wrong but I think it is unfair that I have to pay the price for others failures.
