This property is so clean. The homes are so stunning and everyone I’ve come across has been so helpful!!!
My experience is not what l expected..There are no senior services or programs..My unit has old stained carpet..The hallways are not clean..One housekeeper and one maintenance man for 4 3 and 4 levels of large buildings..l understand that carpets and paint will be renewed.The new manager seems to have good skills and a friendly personality which is a positive improvement...The apartments are old ..The general appearance of the grounds is poor..lt does have a pleasant interior walkway with potential of being attractive..but n... read more
What a slum of management. My aunt used to live there, before she died. Now another aunt and my grandma live there. There is no one to speak with about issues. Their stance is they don’t have to be a part of the problem and provide no solutions. My grandma lives in the bldg with a broken entrance door/lock, which has been this way for the better part of a year. You can’t get in or out.
