This is my 3rd re-post of my original review. Thugs, bugs, and drugs. I started getting bit in the winter, but I didn't know what it was. I'm from Texas. Bedbugs are new to me. I kept hunting mosquitos. In April, I began to figure it out. I made my first complaint on May 10th. The procedure is, to send Victor, our awesome maintenance technician to inspect and treat. this place is nasty bugs everywhere, construction going on but very poorly elevator is also broke leaving only the stairs in which most residents that live there can't utilize due to disability. the so called Landord is rude and very disrespectful
