The front office is great. Autumn does a great job explaining equipment and processes for the CPAP machine. She really made it sure that I understand how it works she explains everything thorough and follows up to make sure it's understood.

I wanted to thank Brittany and the girls at the counter as well, dealing with Bladder Cancer since last April has been a challenge. Supplies are a necessity, Brittany helped me alot when I got into a pinch with my regular supplier, Huge Thank you!!! I'm happy I can drive 2 miles and actually see and talk to someone who can help, Kindness goes a long way with me, lucky to have Columbine Medical close to home.

Our initial claim was denied because of an error on the Medicare side. The claim person at columbine refused to help me by filing a claim just so I could dispute the denial. I just need a claim to Medicare so I can appeal as a claim was not paid last year. My Dad has stage 4 cancer and cannot walk and this company refused to help. Then she said I was trying to commit fraud and I told her I absolutely was not. I said she didn’t have to send the item until it was paid, but they have to send the item if the claim is filed.
