They never know if the person they are screwing over is someone in a position to actually provide them with many many customers or make sure people don't use them at ALL!! Stacey, Eric and Luis were amazing to work with for a recent purchase of a hospital bed. After a minor issues with what we received, not caused by anything done by Columbine Medical, Stacey quickly helped us get the right bed. Luis and Eric were great!
