Attention to detail The repair services that I received were as expected; my dryer and refrigerator are now working properly. The problems that I experienced were in regards to the tech that performed the fridge repair on a Saturday. I was the first service call of the day, but the entire time he acted as though he was hours behind schedule. When he entered my home he immediately went for the kitchen without hesitation. The problem is that we have VERY light colored carpet and do not allow shoes beyond the door. I had to call after him to remove his shoes. To make matters worse, I had another tech that had come in to do the diagnostic on the appliance; the part was ordered at that time. So, I had seen the care that the other tech used to remove and reassemble the plastic pieces of the fridge. This tech manhandled almost every piece and at one point was using a screwdriver to pry at a cover piece that had a visible hand release. I stopped him again at this point to correct his error. To make matters even worse this gentleman paid very little attention to detail. When reassembling, front facing “painted” screws were put in the rear assemblies, leaving two of the silver screws for the front panel. He also had issues with putting the cover piece (that was previously mentioned above) back in place. So he left it half seated with a gap on one side!! I again had to point this detail out to him. Should I really have to look over a professional’s shoulder to insure the job is done right? I paid over $300 for 20 minutes worth of work. I should not have had to nanny the situation. A little bit of pride in a job done right is all that I ask for.

Complete service from beginning to end With our new home needing a complete set of appliances we started with Columbine. We ended up using them from beginning to end. They offered suggestions on which manufacturer and model. Their pricing from our research and comparison shopping was good. The installation was accomplished on time and when they said it would. Best of all, the appliances they recommended turned out to be exactly what we needed and wanted. Without their advice we were leaning toward some other models that were more costly. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

No Problem New KitchenAid Kitchen My wife and I recently replaced all the major appliances in our kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and double oven) with KitchenAid stainless steel. Delivery and installation were completed at the time promised and we've had no problems at all since. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to do business with Columbine in the future.

Columbine to the Rescue! My middle-aged refrigerator stopped working. The manufacturer said it was "old" and needed to be replaced. I called Columbine and J said, "Your fridge is not very old. It probably just needs a new part." It was 3pm, but A said she would page a technician to see if someone could come today. We got two different technicians calling within an hour, and one came right away. It took him minutes to diagnose and about 1/2 to fix the problem for "much less than a new refrigerator!" Imagine my relief! Yea! Columbine!

Customer I recently had Shawn install a new dishwasher for me. He was very professionl and courteous. He arrived within the 2-hour time given, installed my dishwasher and cleaned up before he left. I will recommend Columbine Appliance to all of my friends.
