The business isn't flashy and the waiting area is lacking, but the service is always good. I love that I get a free rotation with every oil change without a coupon. I love that most of the time I can drop by without an appt if it's for oil. We're a small town and they're a small company, but we like to do business there.
Excellent prices & customer service! I have gotten 3 set's of tires, and have been happy every time! The ladies at the desk, and the mechanic are all friendly and helpful. They are also honest which is a rarity in the automobile repair industry! They have my business for life!
got a quote and ordered 2 tires. had installed a few days later and was charged more. paid bill and went back the next day with quote to ask why I was charged more. The person wrote down the wrong price on the quote - no offer to refund all or part of the difference. didn't realized they charge $20 per tire for mount and balance. 1st and last time to buy here.
We called ahead to let them know we were coming. We pulled around back where each bay was labeled "Brakes" "Tires & Alignment" etc. When we pulled around the back & selected proper bay for our needs, the guy babbled something & all I understood was when he said. "I don't know what to do?" Then some lady came flying into the back in a flustered panic telling us rudely "go back to the front" & something about "having no insurance" & we aren't allowed in the bays. You should definitely go to Columbiana Tire! The ladies at the counter totally ROCK! I don't know anything about tires but they answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid. The guy that put my tires on (I think his name was Willie) actually took me and showed me why I need brakes soon, he didn't just say "you need brakes" and sell me the most expensive stuff to fix them. I love these guys!
