Their ridiculous and nonsensical policy of not allowing children in the sonogram rooms are a violation of their mission in providing quality care to their patients. If there is nobody to take care of my kid during my visit, it isn’t as if they will provide me with an alternative. They so zealously enforce this no-kids policy but ironically allowed my wife to FaceTime me in the room even though there is a sign that says “No video or phones allowed”.

This is a review for this office's call center member named Jessica (not a receptionist of the doctors). This customer service girl sounded drunk and high, she couldn't even tell me what doctors worked in this department. I will be submitting a complaint to the medical center. Absolutely unprofessional, they should drug test these employees.

Do not use this practice. The front desk staff acts in disrespectful, illegal & potentially deadly ways towards patients. Take your health, body, and money to a doctors practice who treat patients with respect, and provide a safe hygienic environment.

You have to call at least 3 times to actually get a prescription refilled.

When you hear the word - Columbia, you get excited and expect the best service, the most professional Doctors and the most amazing care. However, our experience was not nearly like that.. While Dr. Moroz was pretty good and cared for my wife at the beginningof her pregnancy, Dr. Moroz went on maternity leave and the doctors, NP and PAs were changing all the time but we were trying to make it work.
