This is a review for this office's call center member named Jessica (not a receptionist of the doctors). This customer service girl sounded drunk and high, she couldn't even tell me what doctors worked in this department. I will be submitting a complaint to the medical center. Absolutely unprofessional, they should drug test these employees.

Call center employee (Jasmine) incapable of respectful conversation. Wife needs to bring a baby to her appointment and they supposedly have a policy with no under 12's. Asked once, the employee asks a supervisor where the policy is. She asked if we called before and I said yes and tried to explain why. Which caused her to melt down "I know why you called!"... why so rude? Recommended by a friend, I called to make an emergency appointment for something and was told it should be about a week. At that point, it was fine and I could wait. I was told a nurse would reach out, and nobody did so I called a week later and was told the same thing. I said it could be anybody, nothing specific, I just really needed to see somebody. have been calling them for a whole week to schedule an appointment with doctor but no one help me at all! worst one!
