Medically negligent doctor during miscarriage despite hundreds of dollars in cost for one visit. Zero follow-through.
The wait times are out of control. Regularly 1.5 hours behind schedule as if none of their patients have jobs or other priorities besides sitting in their windowless waiting room.
The nicest doctors appointment I've ever had. Florence M Bull and her assistant Jessica were incredibly kind and sensitive, and answered all of my questions, and also made me laugh quite a bit. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly too. The best service I've received at any NYC hospital.
