The office has gone downhill. The front desk is just awful. I have been a patient for 30 years. As you wait to be called in, you must listen to the entire front desk gossip. When you call to make an appointment, they could not be ruder. The doctors are wonderful, it’s just the front desk. Not professional, comforting or polite. I hate to post this, but the management does nothing about it.
