We stayed in the Dreamcatcher Cottage for a 3 night weekend in September. We had previously stayed in the same cottage two years ago and had fond memories of it. This time was just as amazing as the last time. You cannot beat the Dreamcatcher and that amazing wrap around porch/deck. Love the new furniture as well. I would like to share my experience working at this company in order to provide a transparent review for potential employees. Unfortunately, my time here was deeply disappointing. The owners of the company demonstrate a lack of genuine care for the business’s growth or the well-being of their staff. Instead, their primary focus seems to be on maintaining control and ensuring their personal comfort. The high employee turnover rate is a direct reflection of this toxic culture.
