Can I add another star? Had a service call need and I got help right away. Wow. Carl and his crew did a pond rebuild for me. Everything had to be done without large equipment due to access to my property. The 2 tier pond and waterfall includes a bog, Oase screenmatic, and ozone. The pond has been beautiful and crystal clear since completion early May. Carl was careful to consider my vision during the build and was available for questions or concerns throughout. Carl responded quickly to our request and was extremely effective at resolving our fountain issue. He also provided an excellent idea for helping our fountain space become more beautiful. We found him knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We feel comfortable recommending him to anyone seeing solutions for fountain issues or seeing to create a more beautiful garden space including a water feature.

Columbia water gardens just saved my pond with a phone call! My husband and I were doing maintenance on our pond this morning (Sunday) when we accidentally got air into the system. At that point, we couldn't get the pump to fill enough to prime and the water was backfilling into the pond. We spent two hours trying everything; taking a part and checking all the parts we normally would maintenance. Nothing was working. I called Columbia Water Gardens in an absolute panic.
