Tomorrow marks the one-year anniversary of our dog Melly being diagnosed with osteosarcoma. She was diagnosed by our regular vet in Longview, WA. We were told that with an amputation and chemotherapy we could get 12-18 months more life. We knew right away that we wanted to do whatever it took. They are the worst. They do NOT care about their patients. My dog needed major dental surgery, which they said he needed after a teeth cleaning. Something they could not do. Said they had no one to refer me to. I found a surgeon nearby and made an appointment. The surgeon’s office had called regarding bloodwork and x-rays, both had been done prior to the teeth cleaning.
