There clearance section is of real value. The Columbia bookstore also has great books both academic and for leasure reading.
No customer bathroom was quite inconvenient for people not carrying a campus ID.
I tried contacting the store through email but they never answered so I contacted them by phone, asked if they had an item in stock, they said yes. I went in the next day, and they said it wasn’t available so I wasted over $30 trying to get to the store to buy an item that wasn’t in stock.
