Good to great experience. This is not the auto shop where you have to drop your car off with a valet, get transferred to a waiting room, get offered coffee, donuts, and a magazine, get transferred to a customer service rep, and never talk to the mechanic. It is more bare bones, and as for me, I love it. Phone was answered by Lee the co-owner, who made his own callbacks promptly. I HIGHLY recommend Columbia Transmission Services. My daughter, who is a student at MIZZOU, experienced major transmission issues with her car. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the car issue remotely and was very limited on my options. Rick and Lee demonstrated honesty, integrity and generosity in all my interactions with them. I called them at 10 min to 1pm and got the voicemail saying they were out to lunch from 12 to 1. Okay. So I called back at 1:15, and it rang, and rang and finally got a voicemail to leave a message. Well, I was headed out anyway and decided I'd just stop by to get an estimate for a simple transmission service (fluid and filter change) When i go there, went inside and the place was empty.
