Very efficient and great service. They had my car finished worked through Easter weekend and procured and installed transmission. I was very impressed and will be a returning customer!
I was in a massive bind traveling cross country and had my transmission suddenly saying it was overheating. I won't get into the specifics but Lee is a stand up man and would trust his findings and what all is needed to get you down the road. Yes, all of the 5 stars below are spot on about this shop and Lee. Lee, I got home because you instilled confidence when I was at my lowest. Good to great experience. This is not the auto shop where you have to drop your car off with a valet, get transferred to a waiting room, get offered coffee, donuts, and a magazine, get transferred to a customer service rep, and never talk to the mechanic. It is more bare bones, and as for me, I love it. Phone was answered by Lee the co-owner, who made his own callbacks promptly. He works on the cars, keeps cases moving, takes the payments, and dealt with me and my daughter in clear and honest terms every step of the way. You... read more
