RecommendedWe have been living here in CTE in Kalama for almost 7 years now, and I have to say our newest park manager Andrew Mendenhall has done such a great job with keeping things in order. He is always available for any questions or concerns anyone might have. address's things in a timely manner. We feel so safe around this place. He always is walking around the park to make sure everything is in order. Great job Andrew
Andrew is a great asset to Columbia Terrace Estates. Out of the 5 years we have lived here, he is the best manager we've had. He is always professional, upbeat and friendly. He goes above and beyond to help the tenants here. Any issues I've talked to him about has been resolved quickly and fairly. You can tell he takes pride in his role as manager.

To residents n would be residents of Columbie Terrace Estates. I owned a home n lived here now for going on 7yrs. I've had my ups n downs as anyone does. But all in all, I've enjoyed my time here very much so, it's been quite n a very peaceful n beautiful place to live. Neighbors have all been responsible respectful of your privacy n super welcoming.The management especially as of late, the Estate Manger Andrew have been very professional, attentive n courteous. My encounter with Andrew the park manager was quite a pleasure. Andrews professionalism is top notch! He is courteous and quite knowledgeable. As well as having excellent listening skills. I look forward to our next meeting and completing the application process 😊
Lived here 4 yrs. In that time No Complaints. It’s well maintained, Good Management. We have a Park Manager, Andrew. He brings Professional Community Management Experience, what this means is a knowledgeable, organized, and Receptive Mngr. I’ve never had a contact with him when he doesn’t end it with, “Is there ANYTHING I can do for you?” This makes a difference in your community experiences. Corporate has started Pay on Line, Mng your account on Line. I think better things are coming our way
The manager Andrew did a walk through with me on the property and even went as far as walking me through his own house as a potential buyer of another unit. I am extremely impressed with how well maintained, clean, welcoming, and kind Andrew was through this process. Andrew is VERY knowledgeable about all the different aspects of the Community, rules, very informative and was able to answer all of my many questions. I highly recommend Andrew as well as Columbia Terrace Estates!
I have lived in the park for going on 8 years. I have had no problems, it’s a nice park for young family’s and older residents. Currently have a great manager, he makes him self available to all residents during office hours and before and after hours is available to call or text. In my experience most all residents if they are physical able, keep their spaces neat and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone wanting to own either a started home, or a nice place for retirement living that’s affordable. Maurice Garrott
