Doctors and nurses: 5 stars Front desk? Zero. Worst service I've seen in years. The lady on Apr 2 was extremely rude and condescending. I had question about my father's insurance coverage, she didn't have the answer. So I asked to speak to somebody with the right information and the lady said "Look at you, you're holding everybody back. You should've known.", it was 9 am, empty office with one other customer. Went this week for my second cataract procedure and everything went perfectly. The nurses were wonderful, extremely attentive and professional. Dr. Tam (anesthesiologist) was so informative and knowledgeable. She even threw in a priceless sense of humor which made it so much easier. My doctor, Dr. Ali, was as outstanding as always. The center was spotless, and staff was above my hopes and expectations.
I am here today for my father eye surgery, the lady work at reception on 06/30/2025 at 9am . She has a very bad attitude with me , I am upset about my father surgery and talk to my daughter on phone , and she cursing at me . Very bad attitude
Very pleasant staff. Extremely efficient with respect to timeliness of check-in and the procedure.
