Horrible customer service. No office to go to and if there is no signs or showing how to get there. Called Thursday night left a message thinking I'd get a call first thing Friday. No call so I've called every hour from 9-1pm left my information with no return call. Marty do better you lost a customer...... whoever the owner is needs to fix this like yesterday. I'm a 15 year Army veteran n been around a little n this is the worst. Good luck

I rented 2 units. I had these units for a year.i paid for 1 month and used 3 days of that month. I wanted a refund on the rest and they wouldn't do it. Plus they wouldn't let me talk to the manager Josh. The lady lied to me. So now I guess I've got to get a lawyer.
