Ordered a customer handle rail for our house, the workmanship on the hand rail was great. The design was as requested, even though we did not get the design pictures promised premanufacture. When they delivered the hand rail to the house, it was unwrapped bouncing around in the back of their pickup truck. Needless to say, after installation there were many scratches and dings in the paint. They touch them up the best they could and even left us the remaining paint, so we could do more touch ups.
