Pants had a small hole on the front. I contacted Customer Service and they told me to send them back AT MY EXPENSE! They would refund me, less the shipping. They would return them AT MY EXPENSE if they could not be repaired (which they couldn’t) They would send another pair that I needed to purchase at FULL PRICE! Not the sale price I paid! I asked for them to just replace them. “Oh, we don’t do that” l asked to speak to the manager and got a voicemail message! ??? Never did get a call back! Pathetic customer service!
