I had my first assessment with Dr. Paul and wow—what an experience. This giant of a man managed to activate muscles in my butt with strategic exercises I never would’ve thought of. I’ve had random flare-ups of pain where I literally couldn’t walk, and those exercises actually fixed it. Thanks, dude. Honestly, I expect nothing less from a company out of Bethesda. The price? Totally worth it.
