Dr. Helms is an incredible physical therapist, especially for those who are athletes! I completed an 8 session package with him after having an initial consultation for some knee weakness/sensitivity that came up in the middle of my marathon training. I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to get to the start line, but Dr. Helms crafted a very specific strength program for my minor injury and still supported me finishing out my training plan; he was confident that I’d be able to run the marathon. With adjustments made to my... read more

Paul is excellent. Highly recommend for PT and improvement of function and performance. I've worked with Paul and done physical therapy over the last 6 months to improve my function after some imbalances added up to nagging issues. Working with him has significantly improved my function, reduced chronic imbalance issues, and set me up for ongoing improvements. This has translated to improvements in sports performance but also in every day life. He's very flexible and goal oriented and listens to feedback. Strongly recommend ... read more

Paul has helped me for many years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and anatomy. He knows exactly how to work on tense muscles, when to apply deeper pressure, and when a lighter touch is needed. He also incorporates stretching and exercise to help strengthen weak areas. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with muscular or skeletal pain. It is a 10 out of 10 experience.

I was dealing with a nagging hip issue and some low back pain that were really starting to interfere with my ability to workout. What I appreciated most is that he doesn’t just treat the pain and send you out the door. He’s a chiropractor, does soft tissue work, understands rehab, and also coaches strength training — so there’s real continuity from “injured” to “back to full performance.” He worked through the hip and ba... read more

I saw Paul to help address shoulder pain. Paul did a great job diagnosing my injury, explaining what caused it, and providing exercises to address the acute pain as well well as for prevention & maintenance. My shoulders have been pain free ever since!
