I would never recommend this dentist location to anybody. They charged me for a procedure that they said was covered and I asked to set up a dental plan over 3 weeks ago and they haven't called me back after multiple attempts to get a hold of someone in their office. This is the worse customer service I have ever received and will not be back. I plan to file a formal complaint so other patients dont have to experience the same poor service that I received. Annabelle, the assistant helping Dr. Do was great. They worked well as a team. I was getting a crown prep. Dr Do injects a small amount of local to numb the area after applying a topical. This takes away feeling the numbing shots, which is a plus. While Annabelle was working on my temp crown we chatted back and forth, talked about pets, exotic cats Servals, Caracals and Clouded Leopard. I tried more of my Korean I learned from when I was stationed there 40 years ago. Hopefully I didn’t say anything too offensive.
Very friendly and professional. They also have the most up to date equipment that every visit is painless..!
