I had such an easy and enjoyable time with Columbia Self Storage. When I was suddenly kicked out of my apartment in NYC and had to coordinate moving my belongings into storage with movers and a friend who lives in Kerhonkson, Patty was incredibly accommodating with making the unit accessible to multiple trusted parties. As time went by, Patty was encouraging with ways to save money by condensing the two units I had into one.
