Excellent service--the facility is immaculately clean and the rates are fantastic. The associate I worked with , Rich, was terrific--walked me through the facility and explained the contract and how everything works in detail---very patient and accomodating. Also, the packing materials they offer, boxes, tape, bubble wrap , locks, etc have incredibly low prices relative to the competition--buy everything you need there!! Highly recommend Rich and this facility!

This location in West Caldwell is great. The customer service is great. I had some questions about some units and Sarah in the front desk really helped me out. The help was great and the information was helpful. Really nice facility being run. Thank you guys

It's good when it doesn't flood. I've been a customer for 3 years and our unit has flooded twice. Once in Sept 2021 and currently in Jan 2024. No accountability from the facility/company. Knowing that the place is prone to flooding, they have done nothing to warn prospective or current customers. It's you holding the bag (or wet cardboard)! We pay a premium for an indoor facility and the only 'empathy' you get is from the other customers lending you a shop vac.

I am so grateful to Columbia Self Storage. I'm on the board with Fighting Children's Cancer Foundation and we really needed space for four months for our annual gala. Columbia Self Storage was incredibly generous and so great to work with. They have great service, wonderful people, and caring owners. I highly recommend!

Clean indoor facility. Lots of size options. Prices are pretty good.
