I now have several storage units with Columbia Storage. This facility is perfect. Very clean and temperature controlled. Sarah in the front office is so nice and a big help. Highly Recommended
Have been using Columbia for years now. The facility is clean and exactly what you need in a storage facility. Also great service is you need any. Highly Recommended
Communication is terrible, doors to get in are always broken and open for anyone to walk in, place flooded and my unit had 2 inches of water and ruined my stuff. Every years tries to slip in insurance shares without notifying. I finally canceled and got my stuff out of the unit and they still charged me. I gave them 2 months notice I was leaving. I was out early. Like always, nobody will return calls or emails. So I had to report them to BBB and Colombia Self Storage management. Now trying to cancel with my CC company. Just ... read more
Excellent service--the facility is immaculately clean and the rates are fantastic. The associate I worked with , Rich, was terrific--walked me through the facility and explained the contract and how everything works in detail---very patient and accomodating. Also, the packing materials they offer, boxes, tape, bubble wrap , locks, etc have incredibly low prices relative to the competition--buy everything you need there!! Highly recommend Rich and this facility!
This location in West Caldwell is great. The customer service is great. I had some questions about some units and Sarah in the front desk really helped me out. The help was great and the information was helpful. Really nice facility being run. Thank you guys
