We had a unit here. We left because we had a lot of items stolen out right of our unit. They just unscrewed the chicken wire that covered the top of our unit. Reported it to Raneisha and showed her the area where the chicken wire was left unscrewed and still liftable. Raneisha had the nerve to accuse us of removing our own things. Absolutely no accountability whatsoever. There is no coded gate. Sarah is very efficient and professional and the facility itself is always kept clean. Have been using it for several years now without any problems.
