Very clean facility. It was very comfortable in the building with the air conditioning at a very good temperature.
This facility is very nice. It's very clean, well lit, and secure. Raniesha at the front office who opens your account is a gem. She is professional, very helpful, and kind. Columbia is very blessed to have her. You cannot find dedicated employees like her these days. God bless
One entrance gate broken. And access door wide open and broken. Garbage piled I. The parking lot, and garbage in the aisles inside. I won't be keeping .my stuff here longer than the free month. What a mess.a
I've rented different units from different self storage companies throughout the years and this place is definitely the best! The hours and access is great, the place is clean and they are fair with their pricing (compared to some self storage companies that aggressively raise their prices every few months, the price increases here were few and not steep). The only thing I experienced here is that on some days when the office was supposed to be staffed, nobody showed up so I don't know if they've been having staffing issues.... read more
What a great location: clean, spacious, new and secure! And the best feature of Columbia is Raneisha, who is such an appealing professional, amiable and easy to work with! Kudos! We will enjoy keeping our precious stuff here!
