The associate helping me when I was moving in was the same helping me close it up my unit. He was super helpful. The building is very clean, the service great. I highly recommend.

My mother, Linda Fuller, had rented a storage unit #2049. Unfortunately she passed away on January 6, 2026. As her only child who is in grieving, I tried to close out her storage unit and was refused this request. I provided her death certificate, obituary and driver's license. I am in desperate need of assistance. In spite of not having my request granted, I want to commend employee at Rochelle Park location Tony for being patient and understanding during this difficult time.
