I made a maintenance appointment with Columbia Security because our alarm system kept alarming. The technician scheduled us on Friday "before the long weekend "between 12 pm- 4 pm. On the day of, we waited for hours and hours. We called to follow-up if he's still coming and he cancelled on us last minute. He did not respect our time. Very unprofessional. We did not receive any help at all. I wouldn't recommend this company.
Great installation and monitoring prices, after shopping around. I had a really good experience with sales and installation and have valued the customer service so far
We contacted Columbia Security when part of our home security system packed it in. They were able to quickly schedule a technician to come in and diagnose the problem and recommend system upgrades. Within days they sent out an installer who set up the new equipment using our home’s existing wiring. The installer walked us through how to operate the new system which was very helpful. We’re very pleased with new system and I’d highly recommend their services when it comes to home security.
I had contacted Columbia Security because the wires running the security cameras to my monitor stopped working. They were really quick to get someone out to me the next day. My system was not set up by them and they were able to navigate it easily and speedily. The technician was quite knowledgeable and helped put everything back properly. I was extremely happy with the detailed information to help my aging mother. The product is amazing and the customer service is even better.
