I received 2 of their nozzles- a N1TB and a N2SW17. I was tired of using the big name brands. They all leaked from the stem when turned on and continued leaking when shut off. My Sani-Lav nozzles didn't leak a drop when using and when shut off from the first time I used them. The swivel didn't leak either and made manipulating the nozzle and hose easier. Their technical assistance department was helpful, knowledgeable, and fast.
