Really appreciate the customer service and expedited experience. I had with Columbia Rivers veterinary yesterday. Their team was super caring and got my dog in right away. I just want to give an extra shout out to the front desk and to the doctor that performed the surgery. They were really great with communication and keeping me updated, my dog was in really good hands. Which is the best feeling during an emergency!
Called during an emergency after my duck was attached. Call dropped while on hold, finally got ahold of them and they were Unhelpful, lacked any empathy and it was like pulling teeth to even get a recommendation for where to get care. Wouldn't even write a prescription for antibiotics.
I have never been here before besides on 2/18/26. But unfortunately on this day i had to bring my dog in to be euthanized. He was diagnosed with a non curable cancer. It caught up with him and he couldnt walk anymore. We knew it was time. The people that helped us get him in were very kind. The doctor was nice too. Helped my dog pass peacefully. Only thing was when the doctor was checking for a heartbeat he said okay i no longer hear a heartbeat. I kinda wish they dont tell you that. I felt like the world came crashing down.... read more
