I brought our dog in on a Saturday around 3:30. She had been bit by another dog. She was evaluated, prescribed an antibiotic, pain med and given a cone. We were out the door by 4:45 for under $260. They were all very kind and explained her care plan and answered all my questions. This is the second time we have gone for emergent care and have had a good experience both times.
Tonight was my second emergency visit to this vet, this visit being a truly life threatening event. My soul-cat began showing signs of a urinary blockage. There was a vet waiting at the door to rush my boy back as quickly as possible. There were a few different staff around however Ariana could feel my worry. These veterinary professionals are easily among the most compassionate and caring individuals I have ever encountered as a pet parent. When my beloved cat suddenly became ill and had to be put down, this team went above and well beyond to keep her comfortable and communicate amongst the chaos of an ER. I'm so grateful for their care and never making me feel rushed as I said goodbye to my best friend. When it comes to the health and dignity of your pets with heaps of compassion, this is the ER I'll choose everytime.
We took our sweet 8 year old Golden Retriever Ollie as he was having trouble breathing and not eating. The last thing we expected was him to be riddled with cancer. I can't speak highly enough for the care and compassion received during this time. It was the hardest thing to say Goodbye, but these folks made it their priority to give us all the time we needed with him. Knowing he was loved he painlessly slipped away with us holding him.
