Really appreciate the customer service and expedited experience. I had with Columbia Rivers veterinary yesterday. Their team was super caring and got my dog in right away. I just want to give an extra shout out to the front desk and to the doctor that performed the surgery. They were really great with communication and keeping me updated, my dog was in really good hands. Which is the best feeling during an emergency!
We have visited this animal services twice for different reasons. Both times the staff has been friendly, caring, and always doing their best to expedite patients quickly considering most of the situations being an emergency.
I juat adopted a rescue pup and a pretty big guy... he had what seemed to be a pretty bad infection developing on an large incision site.. He was really overly exited, was unable to contain himself and was hard to control. I was under extreme stress with pups behavior.. The staff was SO kind, understanding, gentle with not only my pup but with me as well. Jenn was the nurse ans came in with confidence was respectful and calm..
